Shipping and Returns

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• Free delivery for orders over €100.
• For orders under €100, shipping costs will be €9.99 Plus Vat @23%.
• For deliveries that have bulky heavy or awkward items valued at less than €300.00 will incur a shipping charge of €35.00+vat @ 23% orders valued at €300.00 or more will be delivered free of charge**

Delivery Times:

Standard shipping times vary depending on your location but typically range from 1-2 business days.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within the Republic of Ireland. If you require international shipping, please contact us for options.

Returns & Refunds

At MCK Electrical we understand that from time to time you may need to return items you have received.
Our Returns policy is simple, we will accept returns in the following events where:

1. Goods are no longer required: if returned within 28 days of dispatch. The product must be in its original packaging and in a re-salable condition.
2. Faulty goods: if returned within the manufacturer's warranty period. The product will be subject to inspection upon return to our store. A replacement product may be sent to you or we will issue you with a full refund. This decision is solely at the discretion of MCK Electrical Ltd.
3. Incorrect goods supplied: if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods and the goods are returned to us within 28 days of dispatch.
4. Goods damaged in transit: if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods. 

How do I return a product?

Complete the Returns Form which can be downloaded here: MCK Returns Form.pdf
Put the goods (along with the completed returns form) in to the original packaging.
Send the goods to our Returns address:
